Youth Advisory Council of New Westminster

The role of the Youth Advisory Committee is to act as a resource to City Council on issues affecting youth in New Westminster; provide the youth viewpoint to City Council on issues such as community safety, health, recreation, employment and environment; take any action in accordance with Council’s request regarding youth in the community; encourage an understanding by youth of Municipal government and provide the opportunity for the community to become aware of the positive elements of their youth.
