The Castlegar Youth Council

The Castlegar Youth Council is a new and emergent program founded in part by Columbia Basin Trust’s regionally distributed youth funding initiatives, and the Vancouver Foundation. The youth council welcomes youth and community involvement in many forms. The council has a number of committed youth members as well as adult community members who share and offer ideas, suggestions and support in the youth led, activity and event planning process.
